Description

A vibrant, refreshing blend of matcha and lemonade—perfect for summer days or anytime you need a pick-me-up.


Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons matcha powder
  • 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4 lemons)
  • 1/3 cup honey or simple syrup (to taste)
  • 3 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices and fresh mint for garnish

Instructions

  • 1. Whisk matcha powder with 1/2 cup hot (not boiling) water until smooth and frothy.
  • 2. In a pitcher, combine lemon juice and honey or simple syrup. Stir until sweetener dissolves.
  • 3. Add cold water to the lemonade base and mix well.
  • 4. Pour in the prepared matcha and stir to combine.
  • 5. Fill glasses with ice, pour over matcha lemonade, and garnish with lemon slices and mint. Serve immediately.
