- 14 pepperoni slices or mini pepperonis
Instructions
- Add all pizza crust ingredients (cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning) into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture onto a pizza tray lined with greaseproof or parchment paper. Spray the paper with oil to prevent sticking.

- Remove the crust from the oven and spread pizza sauce evenly over it.
- Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese and arrange pepperoni slices on top.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Use full-fat cottage cheese for best texture and flavor.
- Make sure eggs are at room temperature for better blending.
- Avoid overloading the crust with toppings to prevent sogginess.
- You can customize toppings to your preference.
