Description

This keto cottage cheese pizza crust is a simple, low-carb alternative to traditional pizza dough. Made with full-fat cottage cheese and eggs, it’s quick to prepare and perfect for keto and low-carb diets.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce (marinara or simple tomato sauce)
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 14 pepperoni slices or mini pepperonis

Instructions

  1. Add all pizza crust ingredients (cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning) into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture onto a pizza tray lined with greaseproof or parchment paper. Spray the paper with oil to prevent sticking.
  3. Bake the crust in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 7-10 minutes, or until it starts to turn golden.
  4. Remove the crust from the oven and spread pizza sauce evenly over it.
  5. Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese and arrange pepperoni slices on top.
  6.  Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
