- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder (optional)

Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 2. Add cottage cheese, eggs, and seasonings to a blender.
- 3. Blend for 1–2 minutes until smooth.
- 4. Pour batter onto a parchment-lined sheet pan and spread evenly.
- 5. Bake for 35–40 minutes until set and golden.
- 6. Let cool, peel off parchment, and cut in half if needed.
- 7. Fill with your favorite ingredients and enjoy!
